If you are a registered service provider or user with a business instagram account.... you can now import your instagram media directly into Look-Lab to make posts with. Just tap the link with instagram button on the my profile screen and follow the instructions there 📲.

You can tap into a service/post to view details such as duration and service-provider/shop/salon information behind the look 🌊.

For customers/users registration can only be done via the app. For service providers, registration can be done via the app or the website but to get your shop and profile listed on the app, you would need to complete shop information setup on the website ®.

If you are a new service provider looking for a job, check the vacancies page to see if there are any vacancies in your area. If you are a shop owner with a vacancy put it up via the web portal and it will come up in the app 🔍.

We strongly advise you to turn on notifications so you can get booking reminders, availability notifications from service providers you follow, alerts on likes/comments and more 📣.

You can choose to either leave a review without attaching the service/post you got or leave a review with your post/service attached📝.

For beauticians lets drive clients to your door and for users, show case your unique style

Look-Lab has zero tolerance to bullying/abusiveness and objectionable content. You can long press an inappropriate comment in the post's details page to report it. You can also long press the caption or the price/duration information on an inappropriate post in the post's details page to report that post 📄. If found in violation of this your account along with your posts/comments will be removed

You can long press a comment you made to delete it. You can also long press the caption, the price/duration information or a free space on the likes/comments area on a post you made to get the option to delete it in the post's detail page 💬.

Did you know you can double tap the caption and the price information on a post to like it? You can also tap the heart icon on the bottom left of the post to like it. Both in the feed and on the post details view ❤️.

Build your following and potentially become a creator (both for service providers and users). Look out for more info on this👻.

Bear in mind only registered users and service providers can make posts. Choose to make a post tagging a service provider or without for users (likewise for service providers). You can tag a service provider by choosing the tag to a service provider option when posting. Search for your service providers name and if they don't come up, it means they are not registered with us yet. So get them on board, start sharing and you could get a free service when they sign up 😃. Service providers are now also able to post their services and tag them to a user (by searching the users name) or they can post anonymously 🚀.

For customers/users bookings is seamless, simply go into the location of a service provider and you can book them using their listed services on the welcome screen. We support only card, link and apple pay payment methods atm but we plan to add others soon. For service providers, ensure your listed services and prices are filled in and updated via the web portal 💇.

By default you see posts people have made public, post from creators and from those you follow, to see posts from only people you follow, tap on the 'Discover' drop down and select 'Following'
